Some things are hard to explain with photos. A home that is not built yet. A hotel suite. A safety drill you cannot run for real. Our virtual reality services in Dubai let people walk through it themselves. We plan, shoot and build everything in-house, from 360 photo tours to full VR walkthroughs and training apps. So you deal with one team from the first brief to the headset in your sales centre.
OUR PROCESS
A lot of VR looks great at a demo and then sits in a cupboard. So we start with a simple question: what should this help you sell, teach or show? Then every choice, from the headset to the level of detail, serves that goal. We have been building digital work for clients since 2014. In addition, our 3D artists, 360 camera crew and app developers all work under one roof, so nothing gets lost between suppliers.
01
First, we agree what the experience has to do. Maybe it is selling off-plan units faster. Maybe it is training staff across three branches the same way. Or maybe it is a stand that people queue for at an event. Once the goal is clear, we pick the right format and budget. Sometimes that is a full VR app. Other times, a 360 tour does the job for a fraction of the price, and we will tell you so.
02
Next, we create the content. For unbuilt projects, our 3D design team models the space from your drawings and finish schedules. For real places, we shoot 360 photos or 360 video ourselves with our own camera kit. Either way, we keep scenes light enough to run smoothly on a headset, because a laggy scene makes people feel sick.
03
Then our developers build the app in Unity or Unreal Engine. They add the navigation, hotspots, menus and anything else people need to interact with. We build for the device you will actually use, such as Meta Quest in a sales centre or a web version that buyers abroad can open on a phone. Need a companion app as well? Our mobile app team can build it alongside.
04
Finally, we set up the headsets, load the content and train your staff to run demos. After launch, we stay on for updates. For example, we can add a new unit type, swap finishes or add a training scenario when your process changes.
Pick the format that fits your goal and budget. Below is what we build most often, grouped by the kind of business that uses it.
Most buyers struggle to read floor plans and renders. With VR, they can walk through the finished apartment, look at the view and check the pool deck before a single wall goes up. For developers in Dubai's off-plan market, that means more confident buyers and shorter sales cycles. It also works well at overseas roadshows, where you cannot bring a show home with you.
For finished homes, a 360 photo tour is the quickest win. We shoot the property and deliver a tour that buyers can open in any browser, usually within 48 hours. For bigger projects, we build fully navigable 3D walkthroughs. These run on a headset in your sales centre and on the web for remote buyers.
Interior designers and fit-out firms use VR to show clients a scheme before work starts. Clients can switch between marble and wood, compare two kitchen layouts or see the lighting at night. As a result, decisions happen faster and there are fewer changes on site.
VR training lets staff practise real tasks in a safe copy of their workplace. For instance, they can run a hotel check-in, operate a machine or calm down an angry customer. Everyone gets the same lesson, whichever branch they work in. Moreover, the app can track scores, so managers can see who needs more practice.
Some drills are too risky or too costly to run for real, like a fire on site or a gas leak in a plant. In VR, staff can face those moments, make mistakes and learn from them without anyone getting hurt. We build safety modules for construction, manufacturing, oil and gas and hospitality teams across the UAE.
Some products are too big, too costly or too complex to bring to a meeting. Think industrial machines, cars, building systems or tech hardware. A VR demo lets your sales team show the product at full scale, open it up and explain how it works, from any office.
A good VR activation gives people a reason to stop at your stand. Afterwards, it gives them something to share. We design short, branded experiences for events, malls and launches across Dubai. We also plan them so the queue keeps moving and the content is easy to film for social media.
Hotels and resorts can let guests look around a suite, the spa or the beach before they book. It works on your website, at travel fairs and in calls with travel agents. Because guests know what they are getting, there are fewer surprises at check-in. That matters a lot for luxury hotels in Dubai, where expectations are high.
When the real place is the selling point, 360 video often beats 3D. We film it in-house with our own 360 cameras, then stitch, edit and add spatial audio. Typical uses are property tours, event recaps, destination films and brand stories. Before delivery, we test each video on a headset and on YouTube 360.
Here are our starting prices for the formats we build most. For comparison, Matterport-style tours in Dubai usually cost AED 590 to 1,490, and rendered VR tours often run from about AED 9,000. We price a little below that, because 3D, filming and development all happen in-house.
| Service | Starting price | Typical timeline | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| 360 photo tour (finished property) | AED 900 | 24 to 48 hours | Shoot, stitched tour and a shareable web link |
| Rendered 360 / VR tour (off-plan) | AED 8,500 | 2 to 4 weeks | 3D scenes built from your drawings, for headset and web |
| 360 video | AED 12,000 | 3 to 5 weeks | Filming, stitching, editing and spatial audio |
| Interactive VR walkthrough | AED 22,000 to 70,000 | 6 to 12 weeks | Unity or Unreal app with free movement, finish options, Quest and web versions |
| VR training app | AED 40,000 to 150,000 | 8 to 16 weeks | Training scenarios, scoring and rollout across headsets |
Prices do not include headsets. Your final quote depends on the size of the space, the number of scenes and how much interaction you need.
These three formats get mixed up a lot. In short, the more freedom you want to give people, the more it costs. Here is how they compare.
| 360 photo tour | 360 video | Interactive VR | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starting cost | AED 900 | AED 12,000 | AED 22,000 |
| Can people move freely? | They jump between points | No, they follow the camera | Yes, they walk anywhere |
| Can they interact? | Hotspots and info tags | No | Yes: open doors, change finishes, use menus |
| Works on | Browser, phone, headset | YouTube, phone, headset | Headset, plus a web version |
| Needs a real space? | Yes | Yes | No, we build it from drawings |
| Best for | Ready homes, hotels, venues | Events, tourism, brand stories | Off-plan sales, training, product demos |
Still not sure? Start with your goal and budget, and we will suggest the right fit. For flat renders and animations instead of VR, see our 3D design services. For regular video, see corporate videography.
The headset changes the cost, the picture quality and how easy it is for your staff to run demos. These are the options we work with today.
| Device | Type | Best for | Our view |
|---|---|---|---|
| Meta Quest 3 | Standalone, mixed reality | Sales centres, events, training | Our default. Sharp, wireless and easy to run |
| Meta Quest 3S | Standalone | Large training rollouts | Lower cost per unit, slightly less sharp |
| Apple Vision Pro | Standalone spatial computer | VIP and luxury showings | Best display, but a premium price |
| Valve Steam Frame | Standalone with PC streaming | High-end PC VR | Valve’s new headset. The Valve Index is discontinued |
| Phone or browser (WebXR) | No headset | Overseas buyers, your website | Widest reach, least immersive |
For most clients, we suggest two Quest headsets for the sales centre plus a web version for everyone else. See Meta Quest for current models.
Planning VR for a new launch? Send us these items, and we can quote and start faster.
Once VR is ready, you will want people to see it. Our brand promotion and Meta ads teams can drive buyers to the tour.
Tell us what you want people to see or learn. We will suggest the right format, send a clear quote and show you a sample on a headset.
A 360 photo tour of a finished property starts from AED 900. A rendered 360 tour for an off-plan project starts from AED 8,500, and 360 video starts from AED 12,000. Interactive VR walkthroughs usually cost AED 22,000 to 70,000. VR training apps range from AED 40,000 to 150,000, depending on the number of scenarios. Headsets are extra. We give you a written quote before any work starts.
No. Every 360 tour and most walkthroughs we build also run in a web browser, so buyers abroad can open them on a phone or laptop. However, a headset gives the strongest effect, so we suggest keeping one or two Meta Quest headsets in your sales centre.
For most projects, we use Meta Quest 3 or Quest 3S. They are wireless, easy for staff to run and good value. For VIP showings, Apple Vision Pro gives the sharpest picture. We no longer build for Valve Index, because Valve has stopped making it. For wider reach, we add a web version as well.
A 360 photo tour is ready 24 to 48 hours after the shoot. 360 video takes three to five weeks. An interactive walkthrough takes six to twelve weeks, while a training app takes eight to sixteen weeks.
Yes. We can add unit types, change finishes, update common areas or add new training scenarios. This costs far less than changing a physical show home. We quote each update before we start.
Most people are fine when the experience is built well. We keep the frame rate high, use teleport movement instead of smooth sliding and give clear points to look at. We also test every build with people who have never used VR before. In addition, we brief your staff on fitting headsets and keeping sessions short.
