Digital Arab Agency builds blockchain solutions for businesses in Dubai, the UAE and Qatar: smart contracts, tokens, Web3 apps, wallets, NFT and DeFi platforms, and private blockchains for supply chains. We start by checking whether blockchain is the right fit, then build, test and launch it. Blockchain consulting starts from AED 3,000.
OUR PROCESS
A lot of blockchain projects get built because the technology sounds exciting, not because the business needs it. We start with the problem. If a normal database would do the job better and cheaper, we tell you.
01
We look at your process, users and data, and decide whether blockchain adds real value, such as shared records between companies, automatic payments or proof of ownership.
02
We choose the right chain and setup, public or private, on Ethereum, Polygon, Solana or Hyperledger Fabric, based on cost, speed and privacy.
03
We write smart contracts, test them thoroughly on test networks, and prepare them for an independent security audit before anything handles real value.
04
We connect the blockchain to your website, app, ERP or CRM, launch it, and monitor it after go-live.
From a single smart contract to a full Web3 platform. For the app or website around it, see our software development and mobile app development teams. Testing a Web3 idea first? Start with an MVP. Combining blockchain with AI? See our AI development services.
A clear answer on whether blockchain fits your use case, which platform to use, and what it will cost to build and run.
Private, permissioned networks for sharing records securely between departments, partners or suppliers.
Tamper-proof tracking of goods, documents and certificates, from supplier to customer.
Contracts that run payments, agreements and business rules automatically, written in Solidity or Rust and fully tested.
Utility, reward and asset tokens on Ethereum, Polygon or other chains, with clear documentation.
Digital tokens that represent real assets, built to work with the licensing and compliance your project needs.
Websites and apps that connect to wallets and smart contracts, with a smooth experience for people who don't use crypto. See website development.
Custodial and non-custodial wallets for web and mobile, with strong key management. See mobile app development.
NFT marketplaces, staking, lending and liquidity tools, built with security and testing at the centre.

FIT CHECK
| Blockchain makes sense when… | A normal database is better when… |
|---|---|
| Several companies need to share the same records and don’t fully trust each other | One company owns and controls all the data |
| You need a permanent, tamper-proof history | Records need to be edited or deleted often |
| Payments or rules should run automatically between parties | A simple approval workflow is enough |
| You need to prove ownership of a digital or real-world asset | You mainly need speed and low cost |
We’ll tell you honestly which side your project falls on.
PLATFORMS
| Platform | Type | Best for | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ethereum | Public | Tokens, DeFi, NFTs, wide wallet support | Largest ecosystem, higher fees on the main network |
| Polygon | Public, Ethereum-compatible | Apps that need lower fees with Ethereum tools | Works with Ethereum wallets and code |
| Solana | Public | High-volume, fast apps | Very fast and low cost, different tooling (Rust) |
| Hyperledger Fabric | Private, permissioned | Enterprise and supply chain networks | Controlled access, no public token |
REGULATION
In the UAE, many crypto and virtual asset activities need a licence. In Dubai this is usually the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA). Projects in the DIFC fall under the DFSA, and projects in ADGM fall under the FSRA. Enterprise and supply chain blockchains usually don’t need these licences, but tokens, exchanges, wallets and DeFi often do. We build the technology and work alongside your legal advisor, who handles licensing. This is general information, not legal advice.
EXAMPLE
Illustrative example, not a client case study.
A trading company in Dubai wants suppliers, shipping agents and customers to see the same delivery records without emailing spreadsheets back and forth.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Assessment (2 weeks) | We map who creates and checks each document, and confirm that a shared, tamper-proof record adds value. |
| 2. Proof of concept (6 to 8 weeks) | A private Hyperledger Fabric network with three test partners records shipments and certificates. |
| 3. Integration | The network connects to the company’s ERP, so records are added automatically. |
| 4. Rollout | More suppliers join, with a simple web dashboard for each partner. |
Consulting costs AED 3,000. Smart contracts and tokens start from AED 10,000, a proof of concept from AED 25,000, and a Web3 app, wallet or NFT platform from AED 60,000. Enterprise projects are quoted after an assessment.
A smart contract usually takes 2 to 6 weeks, and a proof of concept 6 to 10 weeks. A full platform usually takes 4 to 9 months.
Many crypto and virtual asset activities need a licence from VARA, the DFSA or the FSRA, depending on where you operate. Enterprise blockchains usually don’t. Check with a legal advisor; we’re happy to work with yours.
We test every contract thoroughly and fix any issues we find. For any contract that handles real money, we recommend an independent third-party security audit before launch, and we prepare the code and documentation for it.

Yes. We connect it to your website, app, ERP or CRM, so data flows in and out automatically.
